Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TokyoTest app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all apps downloaded from the App Store. These Terms of Use operate in addition to, and do not replace, Apple’s EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use License

TokyoTest grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms of Use and Apple’s EULA.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app
• Copy or reproduce any part of the app
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the app or its content
• Distribute, share, or transfer the app to others

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

TokyoTest may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features within the app.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions .
• Subscription prices and durations vary by plan and region and are clearly displayed in the app and on the App Store product page.
• All billing, payment processing, and refund requests are handled by Apple, not TokyoTest.

4. User Content

Any content you submit, create, or interact with within the app remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant TokyoTest a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content solely for purposes related to providing and improving the app and its features.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices before using the app or subscribing to any premium features.

6. Changes to Terms

TokyoTest reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or via email where possible. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or misuse the app. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.
